Refund Policy 1. When 10% or less of the vocational training is provided ABA is entitled to 25% of the tuition 2. When more than 10% but less then 50% of the vocational training is provided ABA is entitled to 60% of the tuition 3. When more than 50% of the vocational training is provided ABA is entitled to 100% of the tuition 4. Introduction By entering and remaining within the premises of Alberta Barber Academy ("the Academy"), you ("the Student") hereby grant permission to Alberta Barber Academy, its agents, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives (collectively referred to as "the Academy") to capture photographs and video recordings of you during your time within the premises. These photographs and video recordings may be used for educational, promotional, and social media purposes as outlined in this agreement. 5. Purpose of Photography and Videography The photographs and video recordings captured may be used for the following purposes: a. Educational Purposes: These images and videos may be used for educational and instructional materials, presentations, and publications within Alberta Barber Academy. b. Promotional Purposes: The Academy may use the images and videos for promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, social media, and other marketing-related content. c. Social Media: The Academy may share these images and videos on official social media accounts for the purpose of promoting Alberta Barber Academy and its activities. 6. Consent and Release By entering the premises of Alberta Barber Academy, the Student grants the Academy an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the photographs and video recordings in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for the purposes mentioned in Section 2. 7. Acknowledgment of Voluntary Participation The Student acknowledges that their participation in photographs and video recordings is entirely voluntary, and they may choose not to participate by notifying Alberta Barber Academy in writing or verbally. 8. Privacy and Confidentiality Alberta Barber Academy will make reasonable efforts to respect the Student's privacy and confidentiality. However, the Student understands that the use of photographs and video recordings on social media and other platforms may result in some loss of privacy. 9. Revocation of Consent The Student may revoke their consent at any time by providing written notice to Alberta Barber Academy at info@albertabarber.ca. Upon revocation, the Academy will cease using the Student's photographs and video recordings for future purposes, except as required by law.
